About 21 Junk Street LLC

Hello Baraboo and surrounding areas! My name is Tom Tetzlaff and I am the proud owner of 21 Junk Street based in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

In 2012 as a 20-year old kid I left home to go serve in the United States Navy. Through my time in the military, I got to serve my country, see many parts of the world and make countless friends— who I now consider family.

When I returned home in 2016, I began my journey back into civilian life. I started as an HVAC Service Technician and also started dating the love of my life, Whitney, who I was fortunate to marry in September of 2023! The two of us and our beloved pets live in Baraboo, the place we’ve been lucky to call home since 2021.

After several instances of helping family and friends move (not to mention a few moves of our own), my wife and I found ourselves having many conversations about how easy it is to accumulate tons of STUFF… and how overwhelming it can be when you’re forced to deal with it all in a short amount of time.

We saw the need in our own small circle and decided to take a leap of faith in the summer 2023 to start a small business, focused on helping those in our community declutter, stress free!

21 Junk Street started as a “side hustle” and quickly took off (thank you customers!!). After one year I was able to step away from my full-time job and go all in on growing this business.

My wife and I are thrilled with where this venture has led thus far and we cannot wait to continue to service our local community, who we value immensely!
